Welcome to the neighborhood!
I spent holidays in this area at my Grandparent's house. Then years later I drove by weekly on my way to local bars. I never actually stopped in to McPartlan's until today.
Parking is free and off-street. The lot is large enough and there are more spots on the side of the building. The main entrance leads to two doors, the left enters the bar and the right enters the resturaunt half of the building. Everything is well lit with the bar lights toned down for atmosphere. There are 4 low top tables near the bar and high top chairs at the bar itself. The resturaunt half is made up of tables and booths. Bathrooms are between the two areas, and marked by obviously well lit signs.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Fried baloney and onions was amazing with added swiss. It was cooked perfectly and the sautéed onions were delicious. Mustard isn't my thing, but they have a homemade sweet & spicy mustards here. If you're into it, make sure you ask! Price was excellent for the quality, and quality was top end for Buffalo bar food. Other notable mention are daily specials and soups.
After Mr. Bills closed, I've not known where to go for family events. Here we have 3 TVs, cleanliness, good food, friendly staff, and plenty of easy parking for the older members. It was a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the afternoon. -

Year after year McPartlan's is consistent. Tonight's visit was in honor of St. Patrick's Day. In order to beat the crowds we came out the night before. Good idea.
As usual the service was pretty slow but still good. Food was good. Left satisfied and with leftovers in hand.
McPartlan's usually pleases. -

Overall nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was good. Garden salad my mom ordered was a little small but everyone else liked their food.
